Responsible for program production for a particular conference-including topic research and program content development in consultation with the In house Advisors.
To locate, liaison and bring on-board the high profile speakers on the basis of their profile and other relevant factors.
To manage all speaker requirements including travel & accommodation, audio-visual requirements, logistics, keeping other deadlines and maintaining material submission processes etc.
To collate and assimilate relevant data into agenda to be discussed at conferences and forums.
To establish collaboration with relevant industry associations, government bodies and organizations.
To maintain relationship with customers and keep pace with competition.
Assistance in compilation of promotional literature like brochures like flyers, posters, print media ads.
Maintenance and updation of the corporate website.
Compeering and Event/Conference management.
